SLRP

SLRP sits in The District, Dubai Mall's food-focused corner, and it comes from the team behind 3Fils – which tells you most of what you need to know about the standard before you've even sat down. It looks like a casual mall stop. It doesn't eat like one.
The ramen is the headline: broths simmered properly, noodles with real bite, and a spicy miso with wagyu that carries genuine heat rather than token chilli oil. The other half of the menu – the handrolls and "grabs" – is arguably where they show off most, tight nori wraps stacked with things like snow crab and torched salmon.
What to order
- Spicy miso ramen – the bowl to judge them on
- A grab or two – the snow crab and torched salmon are the talk of the place
- Salmon nigiri if you're going raw
The room
Counter seats around an open kitchen, plus regular tables. It's walk-in only – no bookings – so mall peak hours mean a wait. Counter is the move: watching the chefs work is half the experience.
The damage
Around AED 80–90 a head for a bowl and a grab. For the quality, that's one of the better value equations in Dubai Mall.
The best reason to eat inside a mall.
