Dubai's best burgers, ranked

Updated 23 Aug 2026·5 places

Dubai takes burgers seriously – the city runs its own burger championship and homegrown brands here routinely beat the international chains. This list sticks to the spots that earn their reputation: proper patties, proper builds, no gimmicks.

1

Eleven Green

Jumeirah · AED 75pp · 4.1 / 5

Eleven Green burger, Dubai

The reigning heavyweight – Time Out crowned it Dubai's best burger for 2026, and the Double Trouble in its potato bun with the signature 11G sauce is the bite that did it. Sharp, savoury, properly built. The full DXB Food Diary review is live.

2

High Joint

Al Manara · AED 60pp

The homegrown original that started with five stools in Al Manara and became a Dubai institution. The High Jamz – wagyu, crispy onions, beef bacon, pepper jack in a soft potato bun – is still one of the most complete burgers in the city.

3

Salt

Kite Beach · AED 50pp

The silver food trucks on Kite Beach are a Dubai rite of passage. Simple sliders, done consistently, eaten with sand between your toes. Not the most refined patty on this list, but nowhere else comes with this view.

4

Pickl

Multiple locations · AED 55pp

Dubai's smash-burger workhorse. The double smash is the order – crisp-edged patties, melty American cheese, and a consistency across branches most chains can't touch. Reliable is underrated.

5

Maxzi The Good Food Shop

Al Quoz · AED 65pp

A grocery-shop-turned-burger-cult in Al Quoz. Wagyu patties smashed into squidgy potato buns with onions, pickles and house sauce. Order the double, add the tater tots, thank yourself later.

Shake Shack and Five Guys – both fine, both exactly what you expect, neither worth crossing town for when the homegrown spots above exist.
