Business Bay is the towers-and-canal district just south of Downtown – a fast-growing dining scene along the Dubai Water Canal, mixing slick new-build restaurants with hidden cafe gems at tower bases. Busiest at lunch (offices) and again for canal-side dinners.

The canal promenade is the draw for dinner. Office-tower restaurants are best at lunch on weekdays; many quieten right down at the weekend.
