Bur Dubai sits on the creek's south bank – the historic Al Fahidi quarter, Meena Bazaar, and one of the best concentrations of South Indian and subcontinental food in the city. Dense, walkable and cheap. Metro (Al Fahidi / Sharaf DG) and the creek abra both reach it.
